I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, full-sized fridge, living room, and work space. However, the service made me feel like a second-class guest at times. The location was superb, just a short drive from the airport and near various shops and restaurants.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and convenient with a fully equipped kitchenette. The service was exceptional, especially when we faced travel disruptions. The location, though requiring paid parking, was perfect for our event at the Allstate Arena. The dining, although separate from the rooms, was a pleasant experience with attentive staff. Overall, a positive experience with some minor drawbacks.
